Open to all queer and non-queer artists. (Wheelchair accessible)

This workshop is primarily for visual artists who want to learn how to present their work to curators and galleries. Artists will gain first-hand knowledge of how curators view and think about work that is submitted for a specific exhibition vs. work that is submitted for general review.

This is your opportunity to have your work seen by SOMArts’ new Curator for Inquiry and Impact Melorra Green and her twin sister Melonie Green, independent curator and co-owner of Gallery 1307, in the Fillmore district. Melorra and Melonie have been curating creative art experiences and traditional exhibitions for over seven years.
