Stiwdio Maelor Announces Their Annual Competition Which Includes 3 Residency Prizes

As part of reopening of Stiwdio Maelor in, we announced our annual competition which will include 3 residency prizes. These are: a 2 week residency for a practicing artist; a 1 week residency for a student; a 2 day/4 night print retreat working with Veronica Calarco.The details are found here on our competition page: https://stiwdiomaelor.com/competition-2021/

The 2-day print retreat will celebrate Maelor’s new print studio. The two days will be tailored in response to a technique the winner wishes to work in and the skills they wish to develop. All printing material costs are provided. The workshop can be structured for complete beginners or for specialist training. Maelor specializes in relief, intaglio, lithography and screen printing. The print workshop can also be extended for a fee into a residency.

All prizes can be taken either at the end of 2021 or in 2022.
