‘Clarity Haynes’ Breast Portrait Project is a social practice-based feminist project. Recent exhibitions include A Collective Body [2015] at the New Bedford Art Museum and Body Utopia [2015] at Trestle Gallery. Haynes is the recipient of numerous awards including awards from the Leeway Foundation, the Brooklyn Arts Council, and the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs. She is represented in the Brooklyn Museum’s Feminist Art Base, writes for Hyperallergic, and teaches at Brooklyn College. Haynes lives and works in New York.’ – New York Studio School
